Sports Arena and Memorial Coliseum (PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER, 1/22)....ANFERNEE HARDAWAY says local "outrage" over SHAQUILLE O'NEAL's pending fatherhood could affect the team's future. Hardaway: "A guy like Shaquille doesn't have to take anything from anybody, especially in Orlando.
