     Hershey Chocolate has been named the title sponsor for the
'96 AHL All-Star Skills competition.  The Reese's brand will be
selected as the title name (AHL)....Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Magic
Johnson star in "Slam 'N Jam '96" a new video game for the Sony
PlayStation and Sega Saturn systems.  The game was unveiled
during this week's Lakers-T-Wolves game at the Forum in
Inglewood, CA (Crystal Dynamics)....The MLS Dallas Burn has
selected Levenson & Hill for its advertising account.  The firm
will debut outdoor ads, including side-of-bus promotions, in
February (DALLAS MORNING NEWS, 1/6)....John Hancock Financial
Services will sponsor a post-Olympic tour of gymnastic Olympic
champions in 30 cities, which will begin directly after the '96
Games (John Hancock)....The Univ. of MN is considering a 10-year,
$28M deal to allow Coca-Cola exclusive distribution rights
throughout the university (Minneapolis STAR-TRIBUNE,
1/10)....Omnicom Group will acquire Ketchum Communications, which
has a reported $1B in earnings.  Omnicom will now rank No. 3
among ad agencies worldwide (N.Y. TIMES, 1/11).
