Dennis Rodman has completed a deal with WMAQ-TV in Chicago to join sports anchor Jon Kelley on the weekly "Sports Sunday" during the NBA season (CHICAGO TRIBUNE, 12/5)....Sports Illustrated Managing Editor Mark Mulvoy, on the decision to announce SI's "Sportsman of the Year" on a Fox TV special rather than in the December 13 issue: "As editors, we prefer the television show to follow the magazine.
