IT'S ALWAYS COCA-COLA: COKE INKS TOP IV AGREEMENT WITH IOC

     Coca-Cola Company signed a TOP IV sponsorship agreement with
the IOC which covers '97-2000 and ensures Coca-Cola's continued
association with the Olympic movement through Nagano and Sydney.
A year in the making, the agreement covers exclusive rights for
non-alcoholic beverages, provides for the use of the Olympic
symbols and mascots in ads and promotional activity, and for the
sponsorship of the Organizing Committees for the '98 and 2000
Games.  The Coca-Cola Company has provided the longest continuous
sponsor support for the Olympic Games and Olympic athletes,
dating back to the '29 Games in Amsterdam (Coca-Cola).
