campaign's of BOB DOLE, PHIL GRAMM, LAMAR ALEXANDER and PETE
WILSON (ST. PETERSBURG TIMES, 9/6)....In L.A., tennis writer
Julie Cart asks if MONICA SELES is "on the verge of being
overexposed?"  She will present an award at the MTV Music Video
Awards at Radio City.  A New York TV station is running a "Monica
Fix" several times a day, "30 seconds of giggling, grunting, and
non-sequiturs" (L.A. TIMES, 9/7). ....San Jose business manager
HILLEL KOAL-KATZEN, who helps arrange business deals for
celebrities and sports stars, including JOE MONTANA, is profiled
in SAN JOSE MERCURY NEWS (SAN JOSE MERCURY NEWS, 9/7)....AD AGE'S
"On a Roll" this week features RUSS ALLEY, VP/Sports Marketing at
Chase Manhattan Bank.  He predicts that "TV won't regain ground
