On September 19, voters in King County will decide whether to increase the sales tax by .1% to pay for a new park, pay off repair debts and make further renovations at the Kingdome (TACOMA NEWS TRIBUNE, 7/31)....A new stadium in Tampa may have a "clean air policy." Based on a fan survey, the Tampa Stadium Authority is likely to enforce will "an anti-smoking edict if a new stadium is built" (TAMPA TRIBUNE, 8/1).
