         The Vikings will take no disciplinary action against WARREN
    MOON after allegations of an assault on his wife, but the team
    will urge him to seek domestic abuse counseling.  TNT President
    HARVEY SCHILLER said in a statement that network officials "will
    discuss the incident" with Moon, who will be an analyst on the
    network's NFL coverage this season, "to find out the facts"

    President for the last seven years, will leave the post at the
    end of July, becoming a member of the team's Board of Directors.
    LARRY LUCCHINO, the team's CEO, will assume the title of

    Commissioner JAMES DELANY a seven-year contract extension
