The spots will be produced with manufacturers and retailers and will feature the telephone numbers of local tennis facilities in each city....Reebok Int'l has been named the official footwear sponsor of the Silver Bullets....Wilshire Fragrence Inc. plans to launch a NASCAR cologne in August (SPORTING GOODS BUSINESS, 7/95 issue)....The Action Sports Retailer trade expo will be held from September 8- 10 in San Diego (Action Sports). ....To commemorate the debuts of the Panthers and Jaguars in the Hall of Fame Game on July 29, the Hall is issuing special oversized tickets with the teams' helmets and the phrase, "The Tradition Begins" (NEWSDAY, 7/15)....
