CNS TO STEP UP SPORTS MARKETING EFFORT WITH BREATHE RIGHT

     CNS, the MN-based manufacturer of Breathe Right nasal
strips, will introduce a new sports marketing program around
Breathe Right at the National Sporting Goods Association Expo in
Chicago. The marketing campaign will feature new sports
packaging; league and event sponsorships; athletic endorsements;
and a sales relationship with EZ Gard Industries, a MN sporting
goods manufacturer. Breathe Right is an official sponsor of the
NHL and NFL, and league logos will now be featured on packaging
and other materials. The nasal strips will also be part of the
NFL's national "American Favorites" Sunday paper insert in
October. The NHL will include Breathe Right in national ads
centered on opening day of next season. In other areas, CNS has
announced a sponsorship of the San Francisco Marathon and has
plans to support other marathons. The company will introduce new
packaging to debut in sporting goods stores in August with a
multi-millon dollar ad campaign beginning in September. The
campaign, created by Sietsema Engel & Partners of MN, will push
Breathe Right as "Essential Gear" for athletes and will run in
