FANS INC FACING DEADLINES; ADOPTS PSL PLAN FOR CLUB SEATS

FANS Inc. converted all 6,300 club seats in St. Louis's
domed stadium to PSLs and announced the launch of the "We've
Saved the Best for Last" campaign to sell 1,800 of the club seats
not yet sold, according to the ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH. FANS is
legally bound to sell all of the club seats or the St. Louis
Convention and Visitors Commission would be "liable for their
costs until they do so" (Lorraine Kee, ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH,
7/7). Convention center officials said Thursday they are "100
percent confident" the domed stadium will be ready for the
October 22 Rams-49ers game. FANS Inc. will have to pay the Rams
$1M if the dome is not ready by then (ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH,
7/7).
