NIELSEN REPORT: A LOOK INSIDE THIS YEAR'S INDY 500 RATINGS

     ABC's coverage of the Indy 500 on Memorial Day Weekend
received a national rating of 8.3 and a 26 share.  The following
figures, provided to THE SPORTS BUSINESS DAILY by Nielsen Sports
Marketing Service, illustrates the race's performance over the
past eight years and its '94 and '95 ratings as broken down by
gender and age (THE DAILY).
