     ROBERT MILLER has been appointed VP/Int'l Television
Distribution for NFL Enterprises.  Miller was formerly VP/Program
Enterprises and Distribution for Showtime Networks (NFL)....ROBIN
SHALLOW has been named Manager of Television and Business Public
Relations for Sports Illustrated.  Also, JOHN RODENBURG has been
named Northwest Ad Dir; JIM WHITELAW will become Sales
Development Dir; MERRILL SQUIRES has been appointed as a Sales
Development Dir; KIRSTEN LAMOTTE has been promoted to Dir of
Sports Marketing and Promotion (Sports Illustrated).
