     United Airlines has signed on as presenting sponsor for the
Infiniti Open tennis tournament July 31-August 6 at UCLA's L.A.
Tennis Center (Infiniti Open)....The NBA champion Rockets will
play in the '95 McDonald's Championships at the London Arena on
October 19-21.  The Rockets will compete in a six-team
tournament, including teams from England, Italy, Israel, and
Spain (NBA)....Sega Sports' NHL All-Star Hockey has played a mock
series between the Red Wings over the Devils.  According to Sega,
the Red Wings will win the Cup, 4-1 (DETROIT NEWS, 6/15)....This
September, Pabst Blue Ribbon will be distributed in special cans
commemorating the 100th anniversary of the American Bowling
Congress (RICHMOND TIMES DISPATCH, 6/15)....The World Cup French
Organizing Committee has chosen France Telecom to be the official
telecommunications provided for the '98 World Cup.  The company
joins EDS and Hewlett-Packard as official information technology
partners for World Cup '98 (France Telecom)....At the Miller
Genuine Draft 400 this weekend, driver David Marcis' car
(sponsored by Olive Garden) will feature the photo of missing
child Natasha Marie Shanes, who disappeared in '85 at age 6.
Also on the car will be the toll-free hotline for the National
Center for Missing and Exploited Children (National Center).
