         The Indianapolis Ice has promoted RANDE HOGGARD to
    Merchandising Director and JENNIFER MERRELL to Ticket Sales
    Manager.  Hoggard had previously served as a Ticket Sales Account
    Executive.  Merrell was previously the team's Office Manager
    (Ice)....SportsChannel Pacific has announced three promotions:
    CHRIS GREER has been promoted to VP/Affiliate Sales and
    Marketing.  MARK SHUKEN was named VP/Programming and Operations,
    and SUZANNE ROUNDS is now Dir of Planning and
    Administration....Rainbow Sport Sales has appointed NICHOLAS
    LANGONE as National Sales Manager/Sports at their New York
    headquarters and ROBERT WAGLEY as national sales manager in their
    Chicago office (Gould Media Services).
