JASON KIDD was on the "Tonight Show" last night. Kidd, asked whether co-winning the Rookie of the Year award means more money and endorsements: "I have to call Grant. He gets all the endorsements first, and then he gives me all the leftovers" (NBC, 5/29)....Collins Publishers will publish "I'm Back: More Rare Air," a sequel to the "Rare Air" book on MICHAEL JORDAN by MARK VANCIL.
