     The Bullets' mascot, HOOPS, continues his "Sleepless 'Til
Seacaucus" tour today, following a stopover in Philadelphia on
Tuesday.  Hoops, who is making the walk from USAir Arena in
Landover, MD, to the site of the NBA Draft Lottery in Seacaucus,
NJ, puts his size 25's to the pavement again today with several
stops in Eastern PA, before landing for the night in Somerset, NJ
(Bullets).
