IOC President Juan Antonio Samaranch called complaints from the heads of varioys international sports federation about inferior lodging and lack of Opening Ceremony tickets for the '96 Games "minor problems." Samaranch responded after a meeting of the Association of Summer Olympic International Federations objected to ACOG's plans to house competition officials in Emory University dormitories during the Games (Joe Drape, ATLANTA CONSTITUTION, 4/6).
