SMG TO RUN JACKSONVILLE'S SPORTS FACILITIES

SMG, a public facility management company, announced that the City of Jacksonville has extended its contract for full management of the city's five city-owned sports, entertainment and convention facilities. This new agreement, which runs through 2000, also includes a 5-year option to extend the contract. Among the facilities SMG will manage is the new home of the Jaguars, formerly the Gator Bowl. SMG manages four other NFL stadiums (SMG).
