SportsChannel Philadelphia will debut a weekly half-hour show, "SportsBiz with Victor Livingston" May 1 at 7:00pm EDT. The first show will deal with the Phillies' status post-strike (PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER, 4/18)....When WSBK-TV's contract with the Red Sox expires, it is expected that Tribune Co.'s WLVI-TV will be the only other serious bidder for the team's rights. WSBK and the Red Sox are currently negotiating a rights fee reduction for this year's missed games (Jack Craig, BOSTON GLOBE, 4/16)....Times Mirror will sell the magazine Sporting Goods Dealer to Cardinal Business Media (INSIDE MEDIA ONLINE, 4/14).
