     The return of MICHAEL JORDAN to the Bulls may give his agent
DAVID FALK and his F.A.M.E agency "increased muscle" over
Advantage International and ProServ, which "compete in the
cutthroat business of signing of signing the NBA's top draft
picks each year" (WASHINGTON BUSINESS JOURNAL, 4/13
issue)....UConn hoop star REBECCA LOBO was drafted by the brand
new Jersey Turnpikes of the pro men's league, the USBL (Mult.,
4/13)....The Raptors have hired JOHN LASHWAY as their new Exec
Dir of Communications.  Lashway was previously Blazers Dir of
Sports Communications (TORONTO SUN, 4/13).
