In a deal said to be "99 percent done," the CFL has revived the Las Vegas' Posse's attempt to move to Jackson, MS, as the CA investors who own the team apparently have agreed to sell their shares to FL investor Norton Herrick. The Posse's operations were suspended last week after a deal could not be found to move the team to MS. The revival of the team will bring the league back up to 14 teams, creating a balanced schedule, "and yet another American owner who has so much money he urinates silver dollars" (Jim Taylor, Vancouver PROVINCE, 4/11).
