VISA SIGNS UP WITH NFLP; REPLACES AMEX AS CARD SPONSOR

Visa USA and the NFL announced that Visa will become the
Official Payment Card of the NFL into the 21st century. Visa CEO
Carl Pascarella and NFLP President Sara Levinson announced Visa's
sponsorship from April 1, 1995 through March 31, 2000. During
that period, Visa will be granted exclusive rights to use the
logos, names and colors of the NFL and its member teams, for
advertising and promotions, in the Payment Card Category.
Pascarella: "Visa is committed to bringing members high-value
properties that allow us to provide added value to Visa
cardholders and enhance the image of the brand." Levinson:
"Visa's unparalleled acceptance makes it an ideal partner to
create exciting and fun promotions and programs for the millions
of NFL fans across the country." As an official sponsor, Visa
will have the opportunity to develop category exclusive marketing
and merchandising campaigns around NFL events like the Super Bowl
and Pro Bowl. In addition, Visa has category exclusive marketing
rights to other NFL owned events like the NFL Experience, NFL
Quarterback Challenge, NFL Run to Daylight and the NFL Air-it-
Out. Visa can also use NFL players and coaches in marketing
campaigns (Visa/NFLP). Visa replaces American Express in NFLP's
Payment Card Category.
OTHER NFLP NEWS: NTN Communications Inc. signed an
