     WILLIAM WEINBAUM, formerly Feature Producer for MLB
Productions and Sports Newsatellite with Phoenix Communications
Group, will become the New York Bureau Producer for ESPN (Phoenix
Communications)....JIM REDDAN has been promoted to Dir of
Planning and Admin., SportsChannel Chicago.  Reddan was Manager
of Planning and Analysis for Rainbow Advertising Sales Corp
(ELECTRONIC MEDIA, 3/6).... ROD RIEGEL has been promoted to
Manager, Corporate Public Relations at Fox Broadcasting.  Also at
Fox, CAROLYN PROUSKY was named Senior Publicist....ALLYSON DAVIS
has been named Marketing Manager at Prime Sports-West (VARIETY,
3/8).... ED SABOL, NFL Films Board Chair, will retire next week
at the NFL meetings in Phoenix (USA TODAY, 3/8).
