EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

     JERRY CIFARELLI was appointed President and CEO of Dorna
USA. Cifarrelli will oversee all operations and structure of
Dorna USA and report to the Board of Directors of the parent
company in Madrid.  He will also continue to direct all U.S.
sales efforts for Ad Time (Dorna USA)....At Palace Sports and
Entertainment in Auburn Hills, GREGORY MYFORD was named Dir of
Sports Event Marketing and CRAIG ALLEN was named Dir of Event
Sponsorships (The Palace).... Boston's WSBK-TV GM DAN BERKERY
will leave to become Exec/VP of Revenue Development at New World
Communciations, WSBK's former owner.  Berkery's exit coincides
with WSBK's purchase by Viacom's Paramount TV unit.  Berkery:
"It's a new position where I marry the skills and experience I
have in sports with Fox's expansion into sports."  STUART TAUBER
will be WSBK's new GM (BOSTON GLOBE, 3/4)...JACK DRURY was named
President of the Madison Sports and Entertainment Group.  Drury
was marketing exec of the publicly held sports and entertainment
conglomerate.  The company also announced a relocation of HQs
from New York to Ft. Lauderdale (MSE).
