The magazine will debut in September with a newsstand distribution of 250,000. POLLY PERKINS, previously of Elle Decor, is Publisher....THOMAS MARSILLO was named VP/Ad Sales at SportsChannel, NY. He was a regional sales director....JOHN O'NEILL was named Nat'l Sales Manager at PRISM/SportsChannel. He was Corporate Marketing Manager at Jack Nickalus' Golden Bear Int'l (AD AGE, 2/27)....EDWARD HUGUEZ will be VP of New Media and Interactive Programming for DirecTV (VARIETY, 3/2).
