WARREN SAPP, projected as the possible No. 1 pick in the upcoming NFL Draft, failed a drug test, according to NFL sources. While a report in today's N.Y. TIMES says Sapp failed both cocaine and marijuana tests, other reports, including ESPN, mention only marijuana. Sapp is represented by DREW ROSENHAUS (Mult, 3/14).... Disney, BellSouth, Southwestern Bell and Ameritech have retained a headhunter to locate a CEO for their joint programming venture.
