REDSKINS TO GO LIVE FROM RFK ON WJFK; ANOTHER INFINITY COUP

The Redskins announced agreement with WJFK-FM to broadcast their games for the next three years. WJFK is owned by Infinity Broadcasting, which now has the radio rights to seven NFL franchises. WJFK said they would begin negotiations immediately with the team's announcing trio of Sam Huff, Sonny Jergensen, and Frank Herzog (David Elfin, WASHINGTON TIMES, 3/11)....KARE-TV has signed a three-year contract with the Timberwolves. The station will broadcast at least eight games per season beginning in '95- 96 (Rachel Blount, Minneapolis STAR-TRIBUNE, 3/9).
