In '93, his "grassroots" company, Dale Earnhardt Inc, and its partner companies, earned an estimated $42M in "souvenir sales alone." And last year, although "the numbers aren't all in" yet, Earnhardt surpassed the $50M mark for souvenir sales (SPORTS ILLUSTRATED, 2/6 issue).
