TOPPS, MCI TEAM UP FOR PHONE CARD PROMOTION

Topps and MCI will offer a promotion that will randomly place pre-paid MCI phone cards into Topps Stadium Club packs. The phone cards will feature one of 13 rings that commemorates MLB All-Star games played since 1980. The cards will be available starting February 20 (Topps).
