MEDIA NOTES

     Prime will carry the IHL All-Star game live from Las Vegas
on January 18.  In addition, Prime will offer six regular-season
IHL games to its regional affiliates, as well as extensive
playoff coverage (Prime)....Raycom will nationally televise
Michigan-Duke basketball on December 10.  The game will be seen
in 114 markets, including 19 of the top 20.  It will be only the
fourth college basketball game to be nationally-syndicated
(Raycom)....Montgomery Ward & Co. agreed in principle to buy a
4.7% stake in ValueVision, the nation's 3rd-largest home shopping
network, for $8M (WALL STREET JOURNAL, 12/6).....The National
Sporting Goods Assoc is creating a directory of e-mail addresses
for the sporting goods industry for distribution in late '95
(NSGA).
