NAMES IN THE NEWS

     BRUCE MCNALL, under investigation for bank fraud, will
"give up his high profile titles of President and Governor of the
L.A. Kings."  However, McNall will continue to work for the
organization.  A formal charge against McNall could come as early
as next week (Dillman & Bates, L.A. TIMES, 11/11). ....DON SHULA
has formed Don Shula Steak Houses, Inc. to pursue expansion of
his steak house concept on a regional and national level.  The
first venture will be in Tampa (Don Shula Steak Houses,
Inc.)....NY Governor-elect GEORGE PATAKI was in Buffalo sporting
a Bills jersey -- No. 1 (N.Y. DAILY NEWS, 11/11)....TONY LARUSSA
