FIVE RING NOTES

     "It's difficult to find anyone who doesn't want to spoon a
little off the Olympic gravy train," but local Atlanta
restaurants and caterers are "pledging not to serve up inflated
prices" during the Games.  Nearly 50-area restaurants have signed
onto a plan introduced by the GA Hospitality and Travel
Association to prevent "Olympic price gouging" (ATLANTA
CONSTITUTION, 10/25)....The U.S. Olympic Coins of ACOG will be
unveiled at a press conference October 27.  Proceeds from the
sale of the coins will help defray the costs of the U.S. Olympic
Team and the Centennial Olympic Games (ACOG)....Holiday Inn
announced it will build a new 318-room Crowne Plaza hotel in
Atlanta "in a prime spot between Centennial Olympic Park and the
GA World Congress Center.  The opening is scheduled for Spring
'96 (ATLANTA CONSTITUTION, 10/19).
