More ratings: ABC's college football is up 10% to 6.5, NBC's Notre Dame games are up 76% to 6.0, NBC's "NFL Live" is up 6% to 3.7, and Fox's pregame show is at 4.4, down 4% from CBS' "NFL Today" last year (Rudy Martzke, USA TODAY, 10/14)....CBS Inc.'s shares continued to slide yesterday, following the company's report of a 51% drop in third-quarter earnings on Wednesday (Baltimore SUN, 10/14). ....Connecticut Public Television is working on a package of UConn's women's basketaball games for this season. The package would include six regular season games plus the Big East and NCAA tournaments.
