APEX HELPS ROUND OUT THE MLS PACKAGE

Apex licensed apparel designer announced an agreement to become exclusive uniform and footwear supplier for two Major League Soccer franchises. The four-year sponsorship agreement completes the MLS uniform supplier package, which also includes Nike, Reebok, and adidas, for the twelve teams set to begin play in Spring '95. Apex also is an official licensee for the NHL, NBA, MLB, USOC and over 80 major colleges and universities. Rothenberg said announcements on investors, sponsors and additional cities will be made in the coming weeks (THE DAILY).
