Tiger Woods' PGA Tour Event Out From Congressional In '18, '20

The Tiger Woods Foundation's PGA Tour event is "out from" Congressional Country Club for '18 and '20, as the event has "no title sponsor" (TWITTER.com, 9/18). The termination of the contract was "announced to members at Congressional via letter" today. Quicken Loans took over as title sponsor in '14, and its "four-year deal ended after this year's tournament." The event, which began in '07, "has been played seven times at Congressional." This year's tourney was held at TPC Potomac at Avenel Farms (GOLFCENTRAL.com, 9/18).
