Texas A&M and Adidas today unveiled the "Bright Lights" alternate football uniform the team will wear for its Oct. 28 home game against Mississippi State. The look is centered around an all-maroon theme with black accents (Texas A&M).

Circuit of the Americas has partnered with Topgolf to "turn a section of the race track into a driving range ahead of -- and during" the F1 U.S. Grand Prix in October (BIZJOURNALS.com, 8/17).

Telemundo has chosen NBC Sports' Playmaker Media to power Spanish-language streaming coverage of the '18 FIFA World Cup. The NBCU-owned outfits also will partner on OTT opportunities around the event (NBC/Telemundo).

Tespa, a network of collegiate esports clubs and tournaments, is planning to award over $1M in scholarships "through its leagues" for the '17-18 academic year. The organization also announced that it is "rolling out a new 'Tespa University' initiative" (VENTUREBEAT.com, 8/16).
