Skincare Brand Supergoop! Stands By Investor/Endorser Sharapova

Skincare brand Supergoop! unsurprisingly is standing by Maria Sharapova, as she owns a stake in the company. In a statement emailed to THE DAILY, Supergoop! Founder & CEO Holly Thaggard wrote, "While we are surprised and disheartened by Maria Sharapova’s recent announcement, we value our relationship with her as a co-owner of Supergoop! and ambassador for our common cause of conquering the epidemic of skin cancer. We appreciate Maria’s candor and will continue to support her as the ITF investigation unfolds."

So far, Nike and Porsche have suspended ties with the Russian star, who tested positive for a performance-enhancing drug. Evian has not, and her racket company Head is believed to be also standing by her, though it has not responded for comment.
