New Balance Launches Global Campaign, Largest In Company History

New Balance today is launching an "advertising blitz that's twice as big as any in its 109-year history." The brand's "first global campaign," which includes TV spots in the U.S. and other large markets, marks an "attempt to become a truly international, multisport athletic brand." The effort will reach "the 70 countries where New Balance distributes products." A TV spot, the company's first "in about four years," features 17 athletes "in various sports" (BLOOMBERG NEWS, 7/1).
