Dolphins Sell Out Of Premium "Living Room" Areas At New Stadium

Dolphins President & CEO Tom Garfinkel today said that the team "has sold out the 32 'living rooms' the team is building as part of its stadium renovation." Garfinkel said, "We wanted to create an end-to-end luxury experience, and the response has been tremendous." The four-seat areas cost $75,000 per season. Garfinkel said that fans "bought all the pods in the past 10 weeks on one-, three- and five-year contracts." The team "has started a waiting list" for the seats (ESPN.com, 4/20).
