Ticketmaster Buys Design/Development Company Two Toasters

Ticketmaster has purchased Durham-based mobile design and development company Two Toasters. The deal is designed to extend Ticketmaster's investment in mobile-based purchasing, and Two Toasters has previously worked with clients such as Regal Cinema and Google. Financial terms were not disclosed. Ticketmaster North America President Jared Smith said, "The addition of this team is another sign of how impactful we believe mobile will be for how millions of our fans connect and engage with live entertainment."
