PodcastOne To Distribute Audio Version Of "The Rich Eisen Show"

PodcastOne will distribute "The Rich Eisen Show" starting Monday. The podcast, which will be an audio version of Eisen's DirecTV show, will be available via iTunes, the PodcastOne app and the PodcastOne website. PodcastOne CEO Norm Pattiz said he became interested in Eisen once he saw the growth in sports podcasts. Pattiz, who 35 years ago launched Westwood One, said, "We've had really good success in the sports talk area. Sports is right there at the top of our popularity list along with comedy podcasts and TV and film podcasts." PodcastOne has more than 200 podcasts that have a combined 120 million downloads per month. It handles podcasts for sports personalities including Dan Patrick, Ross Tucker and Steve Czaban.
