Dodgers Renew Rights With KLAC-AM, Gain Equity In Station

The Dodgers today announced a multiyear renewal of their radio rights with KLAC-AM that includes an "equity position in the station for the team." The agreement with the flagship station's parent company, iHeartMedia, covers the regular season, select Spring Training games and postseason games, as well as "the opportunity for collaborative programming." KLAC "will continue to provide game broadcasts and pregame and postgame shows to the entire Dodgers Radio Network" of 22 stations (MLB.com, 9/30).
