MLBAM Now Selling '14 MLB.TV Subscriptions, With Price Point Static

MLBAM today began selling subscriptions to its MLB.TV out-of-market live game package. After a small price increase last year, this year's pricing remains static with the premium level costing $129.99. That top-tier level again includes free access to MLBAM's flagship mobile application MLB.com At Bat, a pairing now in its third season. Similar to prior years, a single MLB.TV subscription will be accessible on more than 400 types of connected devices, with support this season being expanded to the new PlayStation 4 and XBox One gaming consoles.

MLB.TV now enters its 12th season, marking the sports industry's longest running streaming product. MiLB.TV, carrying live online feeds of nearly every Class AAA minor league game and many Class AA and Class A games, returns for a fourth season. Full-season pricing for the minor-league package is $49.99, $10 higher than the prior two seasons. Subscribers of the MLB.TV package can add the minor league games for an additional $25, a $5 increase over the $20 add-on cost last year.
