Aramark Introducing New Sandwich Offerings At Fenway Park

Fenway Park concessionaire Aramark tonight is introducing three new deli sandwiches for the World Series. The new offerings consist of a hot pastrami sandwich, a hot Italian beef sandwich, and a corned beef sandwich. The additions are in keeping with expanded deli-style fare in many ballparks in recent years. But even with the new menu items, Aramark’s focus for the two World Series games at Fenway Park will be more on regional items such as lobster rolls and clam chowder.

“The favorites are still the favorites. But where this will differ from a regular-season game is that it will be a higher-income crowd, demographically, fewer kids probably,” said Aramark Regional VP Rich Roper. “But we’re advantaged as we’re very accustomed to big sellout crowds here.”
