Waitt Company today announced a deal to acquire all operating assets of the Bobby Jones brand from N.Y.-based W-Diamond Group Corp. (Waitt Company).
Churchill Downs Inc. has amended its revolving credit line, extending its available credit from $375M to $500M. The amendment also includes an "accordion" feature that will allow CDI to increase secured credit by an additional $225M "under certain circumstances" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 5/20).
