Sportsnet.ca Rolling Out Redesigned Website, Customization Feature

Rogers Communications' Sportsnet.ca today unveiled a redesigned website intended to be more visually consistent across tablet, mobile, laptop and desktop platforms. The site over the coming weeks also will roll out MySN, a personalization feature that allows fans to follow individual players and teams, as well as customize their headline news. Sportsnet.ca is currently the fastest growing sports site in Canada in terms of unique visitors, with a 26% average year-over-year growth rate for '12.

Meanwhile, the Sportsnet TV channel tonight at 6:00pm ET will air NHLPA Exec Dir Donald Fehr's first sit-down interview since the end of the NHL lockout. Fehr will speak to the net's Christine Simpson about NHL realignment, player participation in the '14 Sochi Games and his future with the union, among other topics (THE DAILY).
