U.S. Soccer Foundation, Politico Team Up For Charitable Event

The U.S. Soccer Foundation and Politico today announced that they are partnering on the inaugural Capital Soccer Classic, with presenting sponsorship from Johnson & Johnson. The April 24 event in DC will include a youth clinic as well as a series of games featuring members of Congress, including the bipartisan Congressional Soccer Caucus; other government officials; media celebrities; and former U.S. Soccer players. The charity event benefits Soccer for Success, the Foundation's free afterschool program (Politico).
