Senators Hosting Viewing Party For Season Opener On The Road

The Senators will open Scotiabank Place to fans at no charge for a video presentation of Saturday's season opener against the Jets in Winnipeg. The first 500 fans in attendance to watch the live game will receive a pair of tickets to a future Senators home game, courtesy of Scotiabank. The tickets will be for the Jan. 29 Capitals game or the Feb. 5 Sabres game. Scotiabank also will provide 5,000 pairs of thundersticks to fans. The team store will be open Saturday, with all merchandise 50% off.

The NHL Store in midtown Manhattan Saturday and Sunday will host free season kickoff events, with in-store giveaways for game tickets and merchandise, including special edition #hockeyisback T-shirts. There also will be a DJ, free Starbucks samples, live game broadcasts and special offers (THE DAILY).
