Angels Again Shake Up Free-Agent Market With Hamilton Deal

The Angels have "shocked the hot stove market for a second straight year" by agreeing to a reported five-year, $125M deal for CF Josh Hamilton. The move "marks another surprising catch" for Angels Owner Arte Moreno following last offseason's Albert Pujols acquisition. Landing Hamilton is "a coup – albeit a budget-strapping one" (SPORTS.YAHOO.com, 12/13).
