NBA agent Aaron Mintz testified in federal court today that he suffered headaches and was prescribed anti-anxiety medication after learning his former employer, Priority Sports, obtained access to his personal email account. Mintz, who left Priority for CAA Sports in March, was the first witness in a trial to determine what damages, if any, Priority should pay by hacking into his Gmail account (Liz Mullen, SportsBusiness Journal).
The Big East football championship game, starting in '13, will be "played between the East and West champions at the homefield of one of participating teams" (ESPN.com, 11/12).
